Exhale deeply

Position your lips around the mouthpiece to form an airtight seal

Inhale firmly for approximately 5 seconds (the vaporizer automatically turns off after ~0.5mg is dispensed)

Exhale through your nose and you will see a light vapor released into the air

Allow the pen to cool for 30-60 seconds between uses
